Iran supports the Egyptian approach toward democracy, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said on Tuesday, IRNA reported.
She noted that holding of elections is the Egyptian nationˈs legal right and a step towards boost of democracy.
Egyptˈs approach towards democracy and formation of a national government with the presence of all Egyptian political parties can enhance the countriesˈ stability and can promote its regional, international standing, Afkham said.
