The Syrian government will not hold dialogue with members of the exiled opposition, President Bashar al-Assad said on Sunday, dpa reported.
"Doors are open and we are ready to start a dialogue, but not with those connected to foreign powers," he said. "There is part of opposition that still waits for signals from the outside."
"The political dialogue continues but so does the struggle against terrorism," al-Assad said.
