Four people were died on Saturday when two bombs detonated in a popular market in a Shiite neighbourhood in Baghdad, police sources said, dpa reported.
Al-Sumariya news website reported that the blasts injured 13 people in the Kadhimiya area, where a famous shrine of a revered imam is located.
The explosion also damaged nearby shops and buildings.
Although violence has dropped from its peak in 2006, attacks still occur on an almost daily basis across Iraq.
