A protest action was held in front of the Israeli Consulate in Istanbul, the Turkish Cihan news agency reported.
The rally protested against Israel's policy toward Muslims in Jerusalem. The protestors sounded slogans against Israel in front of the Consulate during the night. It is expected to hold another rally against Israel at the Taksim square of Istanbul at 16:00 on Oct. 5.
