The presidents of the Czech Republic and Greece are not against Turkey's accession to European Union ( EU), provided Turkey fulfills all the criteria, Xinhua reported.
This was announced after the meeting of Czech President Vaclav Klaus with his Greek counterpart Karolos Papoulias in Prague on Wednesday.
Karolos Papoulias arrived in the Czech Republic as a head of a delegation which aims to expand the bilateral trade and business.
During the talks, the Greek president stressed each EU candidate should fulfil all the required conditions. No country should be granted any exceptions or reliefs, he added.
