Turkey did not have its eyes on any land or any energy source, Turkish EU minister Egemen Bagish said on Sunday, Anadolu Agency reported.
Appearing on a tv channel, EU Minister and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bagish said that Turkey did not have any problem with Syrian people. Turkey's goal was not to fight Syria or any country, he said.
Replying to a question on Greek Cypriot administration's rotating EU presidency that will end in January 2013, Bagish said that Turkey was conveying its demands on opening of chapters to Ireland which will take over the rotating presidency.
Bagish said that EU was the most comprehensive peace project of history and Turkey's EU membership would globalize this project.
