Turkish media group Sabah-ATV has been sold to Kalyon İnşaat, a well-known construction firm owned by Zirve Holding, daily Hürriyet reported today.
Calik group acquired Sabah-ATV media group from the state for $1.1 billion in 2008 in an auction.
According to the competition authority report, it has been approved that Zirve Holding will take over the shares of Calik group.
