A CSTO delegation led by Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha will arrive in Yerevan at invitation of the Secretary of Armenian Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan, Armenia Today said.
The delegation includes about 40 members, including senior officials of the CSTO, members of the Interdepartmental Commission for military-technical cooperation and Business Council attached to the commission
A meeting of the Armenian-Russian part of the Interdepartmental Commission for military-technical cooperation and the Business Council will take place within the visit; a protocol will be signed on the meeting results. The implementation of Armenia-CSTO joint activities, as well as a wide range of issues of military-economic and military-technical cooperation will be discussed at the event.
During the visit, the leaders of the Russian military-industrial enterprises will visit Armenian enterprises in this field, become familiarized with their capacities and identify new programs of cooperation.
Security Council Secretary Arthur Bagadsaryan and CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha will sign a memorandum on establishment of CSTO academy in Armenia.
