Earthquake of magnitude 3.90 hits Azerbaijan

An earthquake of magnitude 3.90 hit Azerbaijan Sunday at 11:17 local time, Republican Seismic Survey Center reported.  

According to the report, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 24 kilometers south-west of the city of Gabala at a depth of 17 kilometers.

The quake caused no injuries or damage.
