On Nov. 23, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a U.S. delegation headed by Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia Celeste Wallander, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
The talks focused on the current state of and prospects for relationship between Azerbaijan and the United States and other issues.
