Turkish National Education Minister Nimet Cubukcu arrived in Baku on Wednesday for a 2-day visit, Anadolu Agency reported. Cubukcu will be received by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev on Thursday, and meet her Azerbaijani counterpart Misir Mardanov.
Cubukcu is expected to visit Turkish Embassy in Baku, Caucasus University and Baku Turk Anadolu High School.
