The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is completing the process of introducing a resource management module based on the Naumen Service Desk solution of the Naumen company, a Russian software developer, head of technical support to the Department of Information and Communication Technology of IBA Hamid Nuriyev told Trend.
Nuriyev said the work on the integration of the modules of incident management, service requests, directory services and expertise is now complete.
IBA is the first and currently the only bank in the country, introducing ITIL (Information Technologies Infrastructure Library) processes based on the Naumen Service Desk 3.8 product.
"ITIL processes are applicable in almost any area of service. It is planned to complete the process of automation of administrative and economic activities of the bank by the end of the year. This means that not only the accounts of technical problems, but also of the administrative - economic units will be introduced at IBA using the Naumen Service Desk," Nuriyev said.
He said the product has a lot of advantages, the most important of these being detailed reports which are produced by statistical analysis of activities and ensure the transparency of business processes of the bank.
