Organizations and population of Azerbaijan were rendered information and communication services totaling 1.528.1 manat in 2013, which exceeds the same figure of 2012 by 10.7 percent, Azerbaijan's State Statistical Committee told Trend on Jan.17.
Some 72.4 percent of the total volume of information and communication services fell to services rendered to the population, according to the state committee. Meanwhile, some 59.1 percent of the total volume of revenues fell to mobile communication services.
The total volume of revenues from the mobile communication services in the country amounted to 902.5 million manat in 2013, which exceeds the same figure of 2012 by 17.4 percent.
