The number of Facebook users increased 4.86 percent in Azerbaijan in May 2014, according to Global Stats report.
Facebook is the most popular social network in Azerbaijan, which owns 71.97 percent of the social media market. The number of Facebook users increased by 6.15 percent compared to May 2013.
A 14.6 percent increase in the number of Twitter users was recorded in Azerbaijan in May.
Twitter's share is 10.28 percent, or is 13.11 percent less compared to May 2013 in Azerbaijan.
A 40.52 percent decrease in the number of YouTube users was recorded in May 2014.
YouTube market share is 5.11 percent in Azerbaijan. The audience of YouTube users reduced to 51.43 percent compared to the same period of last year.
A 51.16 percent decline was recorded in the number of Odnoklassniki social network users, which holds 1.69 percent of the market in May. Odnoklassniki is behind Pinterest social network in terms of users. Pinterest owns 3.84 percent of the social media market, following by Tumblr (3.8 percent) and "Vkontakte" (1.5 percent).
