Georgian First Lady Sandra Roelofs and Health Minister Zurab Chiaberashvili have opened the first scientific medical Georgian-American Conference in Tbilisi.
The representatives of the medical community, as well as Georgian doctors working in America attend it.
The Georgian-American Medical Association GAMPHA was presented within the conference.
Doctors-immigrants familiarized Georgian colleagues with the principle of team work in American hospitals and shared their experience.
The Minister informed the participants about the reforms in health care and ongoing projects, as well as the plans for the future.
