Employees of the Tbilisi Isani-Samgori Georgian Interior Ministry office detained director of Crystal Levan Datuashvili after a long interrogation. Criminal case under the article 240 and 288, which provides from two to five years of imprisonment, is filled against him.
Interrogation of other employees continues
Company-owned tank with chlorine was damaged in the village of Lilo, a suburb of Tbilisi, on Tuesday, which led to the poisoning of 73 persons.
Thirty of them are still in hospital in Tbilisi. Condition of 18-year-old Lasha Nebieridze is critical.
