Georgian MP Azer Suleymanov re-nominates as candidate for deputy

Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze introduced the current MP Azer Suleymanov as majoritarian candidate from the ruling United National Movement party for the Marneuli district populated by Azerbaijanis.

Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze introduced the current MP Azer Suleymanov as majoritarian candidate from the ruling United National Movement party for the Marneuli district populated by Azerbaijanis.

Introduction was held during the visit to the center of mechanization in the village of Koda.

Suleymanov told reporters that he knows the needs of Marneuli district's farmers.

"That's why we offer a specific program of agricultural sector and health care development to the villagers - a voucher worth 1,000 lari ($1 = 1.65 lari) and a pension of $100 to everyone," he said.

The MP believes that he has great chances to win the election again.

Bakradze also introduced MP candidates in Gardabani and Tsalka districts. They are Giorgi Peikrishvili - Gardabani, where he currently chairs local self-government Sakrebulo and Revaz Shavlokhashvili - in Tsalka, where he is the governor of the district currently.
