State will cover students' pay for 4-year education in the case of passing the 12-month military service. This was stated by Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili in Anaklia, during the meeting with young people in the camp of patriots, apsny.ge reported.
"For example, a student has overcome the minimum threshold, but did not receive a grant. MOD encourages all students to serve 12 months in the army and then the state will cover their payment for 4 years," - Saakashvili said.
According to president, and if the student has served in the army two years, the state will finance his studies at the master's program.
