Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili met with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the framework of his working visit to Budapest on Wednesday.
According to the presidential administration, the two sides evaluated the parliamentary elections held in Georgia and the current political processes.
Viktor Orban noted that Georgia has once again shown that it adheres to the democratic course of governing, which is very important and necessary factor for the development of the country.
The sides also stressed the importance of planned bilateral cooperation projects.
The President of Georgia participates in the 21st Congress of European People's Party in Bucharest. During his visit to Bucharest, Saakashvili will also hold a number of bilateral meetings.
