Georgian Permanent Representative to UN leaves office

Permanent Representative of Georgia to the UN Alexander Lomaia leaves office, Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze said on Saturday.

She said former Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze informed her about it.

"The rest of the ambassadors and Georgian representatives to international organizations reserve their posts," Panjikidze said.

Earlier Lomaia served as Education Minister of Georgia, and all of the reforms in this sphere are associated with his name.
