A new faction will be established in the Georgian parliament in the near future. It is established by MPs, who left the former ruling party - National Movement.
According to preliminary information, it will be the faction of independent MPs and it will be called "non-party independent majoritarians". Presumably it will be headed by majority deputy from Lentekhi district Gogi Liparteliani.
A new faction is going to cooperate with the parliamentary majority and minority, and the priorities of its activity will be economic issues, including tax legislation.
The faction will be established by MPs nominated from the National Movement Gogi Liparteliani, Goderdzi Bukia, Enzel Mkoyan, Kakha Okriashvili and Sergo Khabuliani. They gave up former ruling party as soon as they entered the parliament. Today another majority MP Giorgi Gozalishvili, who left the "National Movement - regions", joined them.
