Tbilisi will host a presentation of a project on climate change given by the Red Cross Society of Georgia on Friday.
According to the Red Cross Society, the project aims to create a national network of six countries participating in the Eastern Partnership programme (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Belarus and Ukraine), which will also include organisations and state agencies involved in work related to climate change.
The one day meeting will include a presentation of the 'Climate Change' project for the population and organisations working on related issues, as well as various government agencies and companies.
The meeting will be opened by the President of the Red Cross Society of Georgia Natia Loladze. The event will be attended by representatives of partner organisations of the Red Cross Society of Georgia.
