Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg, who arrived last night in Tbilisi, will hold formal meetings with the Georgian leadership.
As the Georgia Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday, Schwarzenberg will lay a wreath at the memorial to the heroes. Later in the Georgian Foreign Ministry, the foreign ministers of the two countries will sign a Joint Declaration on the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Georgia and the Czech Republic, and will hold a press conference.
Schwarzenberg will meet with Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili, Defense Minister Irakli Alasania and Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration Alexi Petriashvili.
On April 10 Czech diplomat along with Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze will attend Georgia-Czech Republic business forum, during which an economic cooperation agreement will be signed.
Within his visit, Schwarzenberg will meet with the Public Defender Ucha Nanuashvili.
