Georgia, Tbilisi, September 4/Trend, N. Kirtzkhalia/
Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili intends to continue appointing Azerbaijanis to positions in the government. As Bidzina Ivanishvili told journalists on Wednesday, this process began after the appointment of an adviser to the Prime Minister, and it will continue.
"Azerbaijanis are equal citizens in Georgia, and they, like everyone else, can become deputy ministers and ministers in the government. It all depends on their professionalism," he said, answering questions from journalists from Azad Azerbaijan TV Channel.
Georgian Prime Minister proposed to journalists to provide him with any candidate for the post of the Minister and said that he would consider it. "Our government does not have any restrictions based on nationality," he noted.
