There was a false call about a bomb placed in the building of Rustavi-2 TV in Tbilisi. Sappers were looking for a bomb for three hours, but did not find it. Staff returned to their building.
The 112 service received a call about a bomb in the building of the TV company on September 12 at 10:30 am that must explode in an hour.
The building was cordoned off by police.
Sappers were looking for a bomb. The police evacuated the staff of local Rustavi-2 TV from the new building in Tbilisi.
According to the Interior Ministry, the police are conducting investigative and search operations to identify the person who has made the hoax call.
