Georgian Deputy Defence Minister Mikheil Darchiashvili held a meeting with the military attaches of diplomatic missions accredited in the country. The Deputy Minister briefed the diplomats on the ongoing reforms in the agency, as well as future plans.
Prospects for the country's integration to EU and NATO were also discussed during the meeting, Georgian Defence Minister said.
The parties stressed the significance of Georgia's cooperation with European and American partners.
"We have sufficient multilateral and multiple relations with our partners. We use namely these meetings in order to find new directions thanks to which we will become much closer to our American and European partners. This will help Georgia in the process of integration to NATO," Darchiashvili said.
