Georgia, Tbilisi, September 24/Trend, N. Kirtzkhalia/
The action for the establishment of diplomatic relations with Russia ended up with a brawl in Tbilisi.
Scanty supporters of restoration of diplomatic relations with Moscow who gathered at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, clashed with the activists of the "Free Zone" movement which supports the pro-presidential "United National Movement".
They surrounded their opponents and their banners with barbed wire demanding the immediate restoration of diplomatic relations with Russia and the termination of harsh statements against the invaders.
The parties launched verbal abuses and then a scuffle broke out. However, the police prevented a mass brawl.
The members of the "Free Zone" did not allow the opponents to express their position because they were shouting "slaves".
