Georgia is a successful partner and has important role in transportation energy resources, Georgian foreign minister Maya Panjikidze said at the opening of Caspian Forum in New York on Wednesday.
"Georgia is ready to participate further in the projects helping supplying gas to European market close to the European Union", she said.
This route will become essential and sufficient, Panjikidze said.
"Our partner in Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan will join the project I hope. LGA Gas is also important. Consumer countries in Europe has several options", she added.
Level of diversification of energy is important, she added.
