Georgian police detained the citizen of Turkey, Aziz Terzioglu, whom Germany was seeking via Interpol.
According to Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Terzioglu was detained by the Interior Ministry's employees at Tbilisi International Airport on September 25, when he was crossing the border.
According to Georgian Interior Ministry, Terzioglu has been wanted from May 28, 2013 on charges of especially large-scale fraud.
The wanted person was transferred to the Detention Center No.1 of Georgian Interior Ministry, and pre-extradition procedures are underway in relation to him.
