The visit of 28 ambassadors in Ditsi and Ergneti villages was a strong signal and statement, Chairman of the EU's Political and Security Committee Walter Stevens said at a briefing in Tbilisi.
"Today we visited Ditsi and Ergneti villages and saw barbed wire entanglements installed there. We are very concerned about this," he underscored.
According to him, the visit of 28 ambassadors is a "very strong" signal and statement.
"This is a clear proof of the involvement of Europe. I also want to pay attention to safety and protection, and from this point of view, we are trying to achieve a framework agreement," Stevens said.
