Budapest hosted the Georgian-Hungarian Business Forum on Dec. 12. It was held as part of the Georgian-Hungarian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
The forum was organized by the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, Georgian Chamber of Commerce, Hungarian Agency for Investment and Trade and Georgian National Investment Agency.
From the Hungarian side the forum was attended by representatives of the government as well as private companies.
A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Georgian National Investment Agency and the Hungarian Agency for Investment and Trade.
The document includes assistance to deepening economic relations, conducting various business activities and holding investment forums and exchange of experiences in implementation of investment projects.
