Georgia’s foreign trade turnover increases by 4 percent in January-November

In January-November 2013 foreign trade turnover of Georgia amounted to $9,681 million, which is four percent higher than the figures of the same period of last year, National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat) said on Dec. 16.

In January-November 2013 foreign trade turnover of Georgia amounted to $9,681 million, which is four percent higher than the figures of the same period of last year, National Statistics Office of Georgia (GeoStat) said on Dec. 16.

The country's exports amounted to $2,618 million, whereas imports stood at $7,064 million.

The negative trade balance amounted to $4,446 million, which is equal to 46 percent of the total turnover.
