The implementation of around 25 million euros worth of project will start in Varketili district of Tbilisi.
In accordance to the Georgian government's decision, a non-agricultural area of around 378,081 square kilometers in the fourth micro-district of Varketili was transferred to Innovations of Tbilisi Sea company in the form of direct sale for a nominal sum of $1,000.
The company will be required to build a multi-sports palace.
It is about building three halls, one of which must be rated for at least 7,000 people. Moreover, an Olympic-size pool and athletic arena will be constructed by March 1, 2015.
Additionally, it is planned to build four football fields in this territory by August 1, 2015.
