The court has reinstated Giorgi Baratashvili in the post of director general of Georgian Public Broadcaster.
The court also satisfied Baratashvili's demand according to which his salary should be refunded for the period after the dismissal, Baratashvili's lawyer Eka Tsimakuridze told journalists on Dec.21.
Baratashvili will start to work soon, the lawyer said.
Baratashvili demanded in the court the annulment of the decision of the board of trustees about his dismissal, reinstatement, reimbursement of salary for the period after the illegal dismissal.
