Chairman of the Georgian parliament David Usupashvili will pay an official visit to Romania with a parliamentary delegation on Feb.10.
During the visit, David Usupashvili will hold meetings with the speaker of Romanian Senate Crin Antonescu, speaker of the Chamber of Deputies Valery Zgonea, Deputy Prime Minister Gabriel Oprea and Foreign Minister Titus Corlatean. It is planned to meet with the chairman of the Senate committees and members of the Georgian-Romanian inter-parliamentary friendship group.
Usupashvili will take part in a public discussion entitled 'From Vilnius to Riga'.
Together with the speaker of the House of Deputies, the chairman of the Georgian parliament will be interviewed by Romanian television.
The Georgian parliamentary delegation in Romania will be presented by MPs: Irakli Chikovani, Paata Baratashvili and George Tsereteli.
