Georgian Regional Development and Infrastructure Minister David Narmania met with representatives of the Ukrainian Altcom company, which won the tender for construction of the Samtredia-Grigoleti highway in western Georgia.
Regional Development and Infrastructure Ministry of Georgia told Trend on Feb. 24 that the parties discussed the dates of commencement and completion of construction works.
David Narmania also asked about projects already implemented by the company.
Altcom's representatives stressed that they closely work with their German colleagues and actively use their experience.
Ukrainian Altcom is for the first time implementing a project in Georgia. Previously, the company worked in several countries, including the United States.
Construction of the stretch of the Samtredia-Grigoleti road will start in March.
