Georgia's Embassy in France has become a member of the Forum for Cultural Institutes in Paris (FICEP), Georgian Foreign Ministry said Monday.
FICEP is an association with members comprised of ethnic groups represented in Paris, regional centers, cultural institutions, embassies, various partners and private foundations.
FICEP's goal is to unite and bring together a variety of cultural centers in Paris and promote their cooperation in implementation of joint projects.
The forum holds four major events a year - two events in spring and two events in autumn.
These include the Foreign Films Week (Semaine des cinémas étrangers à Paris), Literature Night (La nuit de la littérature), Jazzy Colours and Foreign Cultures Week (Semaine des cultures étrangeres à Paris).
