Chairperson of the Georgian Central Election Commission Tamar Zhvania urged voters to show activity in the municipal elections on June 15.

Georgia's CEC is ready for the electoral process, head of the Central Election Commission said at the final briefing on June 14.

"The election administration is ready to hold elections to local self-government bodies," he said. "Some 3,637 polling stations will open at 8:00 am. The ballots and all necessary materials have been already handed over. The voting process will end at 8:00 pm."
