Some 24 political entities will participate in the municipal elections in Georgia on June 15, twenty of which are parties, while the remaining four - the political blocs.

The polling stations will open at 8:00 am and close at 8.00 pm. The mayors of 12 cities, as well as heads of local self-government bodies of 62 local administrations in Georgia will be elected.

The exit poll first data, to be provided by two Georgian Rustavi-2 and Imedi TV companies, will be announced immediately after the polls are closed at 8.00 pm.

German research company GFK Group will conduct an opinion poll upon Rustavi 2 company's order, while Georgian company ACT (analysis and consultation group) will do this upon Imedi company's order.

Georgian TV Company Rustavi 2 will count the votes in different cities of Georgia, while Imedi TV company - only in the capital, Rustavi 2 producer Giorgi Laperashvili said.
