The Court of Appeal will announce a verdict Aug.11 in the case of Georgia's former Prime Minister Vano Merabishvili who is accused of dispersing the anti-government rally in Tbilisi May 26, 2011.
The decision will be announced Aug.11, at 15:00.
Merabishvili was charged with the abuse of power during the May 26 occasions.
The city court found him guilty and sentenced to four and a half years of imprisonment.
