IEC spokesman says run-off to be held on Nov. 7

Afghan Independent Election Commission spokesman Noor Mohammad Noor said Tuesday the presidential election would go for a run-off on Nov. 7, Xinhua reported.
  
Afghan president Hamid Karzai said at a press conference he would accept any decision made by the country's election body.
