Afghan President Hamid Karzai and U.S. President Barack Obama discussed a new U.S. strategy in Afghanistan during a video conference this morning, the Afghan Presidential Press Service reported today.
During the one-hour conference, the presidents discussed security, economic and military issues.
Obama will announce the new strategy Dec. 2.
