A French man was among the victims of Friday's terrorist attack in the Afghan capital Kabul, Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said, DPA repoted.
Kouchner said in a press statement that the attack on a hotel and guesthouse in central Kabul killed at least 17 people and injured 32.
He said France condemned the attack "with utmost severity," and added that "the terrorists have shown again how little they value human life in targeting civilians."
