A 50-year-old woman with a chronic respiratory disease died of A/H1N1 flu on Friday in the Murska Sobota general hospital, bringing Slovenia's death toll from the novel flu to 11, local authorities reported on Saturday.
The woman was hospitalized on Monday, when she tested positive for A/H1N1 flu. She had since been in critical conditions, Xinhua reported.
This was the second fatal case of A/H1N1 flu in the Murska Sobota hospital, with both victims suffering from at least one chronic disease.
