Presidential elections started in the Embassy of Ukraine in Azerbaijan on Sunday, the head of election commission Maria Saidova told Trend .
The polling station number 3 was opened at 08:00 and will close at 20:00 pm.
There are names of 221 people in the electoral list of Ukrainian citizens living in Azerbaijan.
The run-off vote pitted Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko against former prime minister Viktor Yanukovych.
