Viktor Yanukovych leads Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko by 2.41% in Ukraine's presidential polls runoff, the Central Election Commission said on Monday, RIA Novosti reported.
With 97.03% of the vote counted, Yanukovych has garnered 48.4% of the vote, and Tymoshenko 45.99%.
Exit polls put Yanukovych's lead over Tymoshenko at from 2.8% to 6.2%.
According to the latest figures, 4.4% of voters chose the 'neither of the above" option.
