Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has congratulated Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Artur Rasizade on his 75th birthday, the presidential press service reported on Friday, Kyiv Post reported according to Interfax-Ukraine.
"Highly appreciating your personal contribution to the development of strategic partnership between our countries, I am confident that you will remain a sincere supporter of deepening Ukrainian-Azerbaijani cooperation," reads a letter of congratulation.
Yanukovych wished Rasizade good health and success in his professional activity, as well as peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Azerbaijan.
