A small plane crashed Saturday in Brazil, killing the eight people on board, dpa reported.
The president of the food company Vilma Alimentos, his 14-year-old son, the firm's vice president and other top managers were among the dead in the accident, which happened very close to a hostel with around 60 weekend guests. No one was injured at the hostel.
The aircraft, a King Air B200 GT model, crashed shortly before its scheduled landing at the airport in Juiz de Fora, in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. The reasons for the accident were yet to be established.
