Three people were killed and at least 23 were missing in a boat accident in Indonesia's East Kalimantan province, reports said Saturday, DPA reported.
A ferry carrying more than 100 people sank in the Mahakam River late Friday evening, police said. The cause of the accident was still under investigation.
The river is one of the main lines of transport in the province.
