The death toll rose to 25 in an explosion in the centre of Mexico City at the headquarters of the state oil company, Petroleos Mexicanos, an official said late Thursday, dpa reported.
The blast left 101 people injured and 46 hospitalized, Interior Secretary Miguel Angel Osorio Chong said, adding that "all resources" have been deployed and asking for international help in establishing the cause of the blast.
